It doesn’t seem particularly legal, but DevLib.org appears to be doing it. As they say on their blog:
We have found someone who will record the commercials. We will be able to upload them and make them available for you to download and view in both MPEG2 and an iPod compatible MPEG4 format.
In addition to providing the commericials, they also have several predictions on their site regarding what kinds of advertisements you can expect to see.
